kresimirv Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Hey guys, I have an issue with 20bet. Here is the link of the complaint.https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/20bet-casino-return-many-of-my-winning-bids1 I would like to hear some comments and advice from you. Cheers Quote
kresimirv Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 20bet did not give any public reply to my statement, they only send askgabmlers via email and now askgamblers telling me that they act in accordance with their terms. I give you the proof that they did not act in accordance with their terms. I suppose that askgamblers would help me with this case, but obviously they give some kind of donations from 20bet to close my complaint. DISASTER what s shame for ASKGAMBLERS useless site.... Quote
cocopop3011 Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Sorry for the delay in responding to this. I have just read your complaint, but I do not have access to the supported evidence tonight. However, the team have clearly stated that the casino has provided proof that they followed the terms and conditions so the casino must have provided something for the team to come to this conclusion. What exactly don't you agree with? I'm not massively clued up on how these odds work so maybe you could explain here? I cannot change the outcome of the complaint though as the decision has already been made and I cannot override that. But you will be be given a fair chance to explain in our forum of course. Quote
kresimirv Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 I do not agree with your decission to close this complaint as resolved - because it is not. Sports event was offered - I take a bet - bet was accepted and cashed out - after few days they voided some of the bets (NOT ALL - I suppose that all the bets placed for the same events should be the threated the same). They are self-contradictory, some bets remained as accepted. But of course when 20bet makes a mistake, they will do everything to take your money even though they accepted the bets. What exactly do you want me to explain? Quote
