Description of the issue:

I would like to file a complaint against the casino Tip-top.bet, owned by the company Sapphire Summit, registered in Costa Rica. My account was blocked without explanation, and my funds totaling 5500 EUR were stolen without any legitimate reason.

1. Account blocked:

• My account was blocked without prior notice and without any reason given.

• I attempted to contact their customer support but received only general responses, which did not address the issue.

2. Theft of funds:

• After the account was blocked, I discovered that my funds of 5500 EUR were either withdrawn or frozen.

• I met all the casino’s terms and conditions, but I have not received an explanation as to where my money went.

3. Attempts to resolve the issue:

• I have reached out to the casino several times, but each time I was met with disregard for my inquiries.

• The responses from their support team lacked specifics, and they refused to provide me with information about my funds.

4. My actions:

• I followed all the casino’s verification procedures and requirements for confirming my identity.

• All my transactions were legitimate, and I have proof of all deposits and bets.

 

Requested Actions:

• I demand that Tip-top.bet immediately unblock my account and return my funds of 5500 EUR.

• If the casino fails to meet my demands, I am prepared to file complaints with the regulatory authorities in Costa Rica and international gambling organizations.
