sainhwinder
So here's the story: I've been playing at the site quite often and at some point I even achieved a VIP status there. Everything has been smooth and had nothing to complain (except for the 5€ withdrawal fee) until today. They offer a reasonable amount of free spins against minimum of 30€ deposit every day and today I deposited 30€. The initial deposit did not reward me with any winnings, but the 80 free spins on Mustang Gold gave 12ish Euros and somehow I managed to grind it up to over 3500€ at some point. I am well aware of the 5€ max bet while wagering a bonus. However, there was one single misclick in Bonanza Megaways as the bets move up 1-2-4-6€. I played that round - did not win anything with it. Eventually I placed a 2500€ withdrawal which was declined by referring to this single winningless round and therefore I am left with nothing. I tried to negotiate about this on a quick chat but as expected, it is above their paygrade and could not do anything about it. Again, I know I broke the terms, but is there no room for being on a players side on these matters?

This happened to me before but I went straight to live chat and they refunded my bet and no broken rules. But if you continued to play then there is very littlke chance you will win the argument here.
Afi4wins
@sainhwinder It has happened to me too at a few casinos and my withdrawals were all rejected. The thing is, the bet size increase was not of my own choosing but due to some glitch in the system that suddenly changed my minimum bet size to the max! The casino checked and said "there's no glitch in their system", but when the same glitch happened again and again, they accused me of bonus abuse! I've closed my account there after that. I think they escalated it further on when i replied to the email asking for a further review but it's been like 5 days now and no reply. I'll update this as soon as I hear the conclusion
