Aricardo58
Hello, I’m needing help with my situation. I won 8,028.49 on jackpota.com almost a month ago and they won’t pay my redemption. I was back and forth with their support multiple times and they kept asking for verification. I kept sending what they asked for and every time would get the same response. “Your complaint has been escalated, please give us 72hours to respond.” Well, this was going on for about three weeks until I asked for a refund and they closed my account. Around two weeks ago I also won 17,691.05 from another B2 owned site called spinblitz, and same thing happened. I never asked for a refund, just kept bugging them about my redemption after they wanted further verification. Same responses were received. I found out today they permanently closed my account without paying redemptions. As of now between both sites they owe me a little over 25k. Their response was that in their section of terms and agreements they can close any account at their discretion. Well, I just submitted complaints to the FTC, BBB, state attorney general, left bad trustpilot reviews, and am currently waiting for an attorney to get back to me. Is there anything else I can do at this time or should I just wait it out? I also filed a complaint through askgamblers but jackpota never responded. Thanks for your help

Thanks for your help Hello and welcome to the forum. What reason did they give you for confiscating your funds? Has your dipping with us now closed because you can reopen it if they didn’t respond. Aricardo58
Hello, thank you for your time. This is what they sent me. We regret to inform you that after an internal investigation, your account has been permanently closed. This action has been taken according to our Terms of Service that you accepted upon creating an account with us, under 2.10. "We reserve the right to refuse or close a User Account at our sole discretion." All I did was ask them where my redemption was on jackpota.com. They stopped responding to me so I requested a refund through their support. Around this time I was restricted on jackpota.com, and they also restricted me on spinblitz after I attempted to redeem. I was told by live chat that everything was good and I would get my redemption, but then they hit me with this. I have a lot of images to attach of me asking live chat support multiple times what the hold up was, and that I resent the same documents they asked for. They kept telling me wait 72hrs, but in the end they did this.
cocopop3011
From what I can see they are asking you to wait 3-5 working days. How long has it been so far please?
Aricardo58
On jackpota.com it has been almost a month, and on spinblitz about three weeks. Multiple times I reached out asking if there was any update. I was told to wait, and in the end they closed my account at their discretion. Mind you I was never rude, and tried to be patient and understanding, until they closed my account that is. Now I’m stuck figuring out what to do in my situation or if I’ll ever see any resolve.
