Questions about my first withdrawal from sportsbetting.ag (sister site of betonline.ag) requirements.

Has anyone withdrawn from them and required verification documents? What should I expect the process to look like?

Deposited, lost and payed off 1000 dollars worth of credit card charges about eight months ago on the site. So they should have a history of me being a good customer. Not learning my lesson the first time I dropped another 700 dollars from my credit card (same exact card) yesterday and won up to 2500 so far and thinking about withdrawing. Noticed they have requirement of three days for credit cards and these other requirements.

Where and how will they ask me to send in any verification documents and can I pre-verify before withdrawal using the help desk ticket system? Noticed some sites like bet.com.pa have a dedicated place you can upload documents beforehand if you wish to and nothing of the like on sportsbetting.ag

No bonuses currently that I need to rollover.

Hello and welcome to the forum. It would be best to ask them when they require the KYC procedure. Sometimes you can pre-verify but the casino would know best.

@SwissGuard Some casinos require you to make a withdrawal claim first, then they will send you an email indicating where and what documents need to be submitted for their approval. Most casinos have their own online website for documents uploading, so they may ask you to use this instead.
