Grand Parker/Loco Panda/OnBling/ Classy Coin/ Begado - what is going on with these casinos?

Recommended Posts

I don't think so, Luciana. All that matters and I care for is the security and good time of our members! ;) And white such major casino failure/fiasco like the aforementioned, it's kind of scary to deposit again at these casinos until everything is not cleared officially! :p

Hey klarissa! Nice to see you back here, we've missed you so much! :D

As for these casinos and their troubles lately, "odd stuff" as you call that situation is the most possible diplomatically speaking! I still believe that the issue is not totally over yet and that customers shall face some "new adventures" in these casinos again... ;)

I don't know what was the reason for that terrible situation, but I still have money to get from Loco Panda!!!! 29 business days and counting. Thanks God it was only $100, but still I'm aboslutely convinced, even if I get my money after all, these guys won't see even a cent form anymore. :unknw:

Sorry about your issue BluBird, but this time I'm really not quite convinced what to tell you! :( From one side, there couldn't be any excuse for a delay of more than 6 weeks, but on the other hand, these guys were experiencing severe technical troubles. I'm sure you will be paid eventually and completely understand your decision to stopplaying in this casino. It's your right to seek and get much better quality of service, so I won't be surprised if RevenueJet eventually loses a significant amount of its players in the next few months! :( But the worst in this case is that we are not told the whole truth what actuallu have happened!

I have a possible explanation klarissa. ;)

Let's think a while. So, what do we have - 5 online casinos, all of them down for almost a month with the stupid excuse "server issues/techical troubles" and bunch of other useless bla-bla-bla, all of which in the same direction. That's ridiculous, because even the children know that such critical business systems always have adequate backup! Not to mention that usually the IT departments of online casinos are very good at what they are doing.

In this case it appears that all the mess was due to the rare coincedence of a crytical business sytem without decent backup, combined with a bunch of inefficient ITs?!?! Does it start to sound pretty strange already? If so, why not think a little bit more. What if it was not a technical issue, but a pure warning, sent from RTG to all of its clients, who forget to pay their bills?!?!?!? :p

that's actually a scary thought! i usually do not play at rtgs because they are slower than a seven year itch for paying out most of the time and this makes me glad i have other options.

From all the five casinos I haven't played in only one and that's Begado. None of the four casinos, managed by Affactive has ever paid me in a timely manner, although all my withdrawals were for amounts equal or less than 100 USD. All types of excuses, run arounds and bad casino tricks made me run away from them and now I see it was for good. But let me tell you something - I don't believe the story is over yet! There would be more fireworks to see from these nice guys, remember my words. ;)

Why dod you think so Dark Knight? Do you know something we don't? Or it's just a prevision! :p

Actually, since we still don't know what really have happened with all these casinos, it's not so strange that people continue to have some doubts and mixed feelings. ;)

From what I have seen from RTG powered casinos so far, I don't think they are getting better and don't see a bright future in front of them. Too many troubles, too many issues, too many delayed payments with even more stupid excuses.

yeah! and for most people it's not an issue because we can just play somewhere else, but people in the USA do not have a lot of options, so for their sake i hope things in the RTG world get better <3

still, i think club world and intertops are paying out good, and maybe a few others.

Your optimism is a like a ray of light into this dark thread, klarissa! :D And you know, I really hope the guys from RTG powered casinos are reading this! ;)

I've given up hope thinking the people at RTG itself actually give a damn. In a perfect world they'd only hand out the software to people who are running solid casinos.

you two are so sweet  i try to look on the bright side when i can!

how has playing here been lately by the way? i dont play at these casinos but hopefully things are back to normal?

Glad to hear you again dear klarissa! :give_rose:

To be honest I didn't play in any online casino, powered from RTG from months. And now we have the famous Rushmore group in the flush of the lights!

Anyway, when I saw the astonishing screenshot, took by scyan on hitting her random jackpot, suddenly felt an irresistible desire to try some RTG again. ;) Made a small deposit at Intertops and took a reload bonus, so far going pretty well, but still have to clear wagering requirements. :D WHat about you?

Just curious now that all the above casinos are back up and running are payouts also back to normal? and did everyone get paid who was owed money during the loss of service?

Al

Hi albrco123 and welcome to the forum! :)

To be honest, only the casinos themselves would be able to answer your questions, but as far as I know all the aforementioned casinos are back to the normal functioning from months. ;)
