You have listed my complaint against Lucky18 as "unresolved" because Lucky18 did not respond to your communication with them. This casino has ignored me AND you AND failed twice to pay me an earned withdrawal. How can you feature an unscrupulous casino? I thought you were about "fairness" to players! Where is your integrity on this one?

Yeah I know valleys had a complaint ongoing...oh and myself actually back when I first registered with Venice games, but they never replied. I done it 3 times I think and not once did they reply . I think if a casino has not even got the decency to reply to a complaint made by one of their players then that casino are obviously not worth playing in. If you have done nothing wrong, you got no reason to lie that's what I say. Same rule applies here, if the casino knew they were in the right then they would reply to defend themselves, not replying is just a sign of weakness.

 

My advice to poster would be to just stay well clear of this casino ... And try again somewhere else

I have no idea to be honest I don't pay any attention to casinos like this, once I see the software provider I make a lightening fast exit.
