Casinos get good reviews but players not like

Couple of the casinos with high ratings here and casino guru are sometimes not so cool when it comes to payouts.  Shouldnt the review sites revisit when there is a mismatch between  rating and player reviews?

100%. Ratings should be updated more often based on actual payout issues reported by the community. A high score is meaningless if you can't get your money out easily.
