I am filing this complaint regarding a pending BNB withdrawal that has yet to be processed. Despite following the platform's withdrawal instructions carefully, the transaction remains in a pending state without any updates or resolution. It has been an unusually long wait, and this delay is affecting my ability to manage my funds effectively.

I have attempted to reach customer support multiple times without success. Each response is either automated or does not provide a clear timeframe or explanation for this delay. I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance in urging the casino to resolve this issue promptly and either complete my withdrawal or offer a specific timeframe.

Your assistance in helping me retrieve my funds would be greatly appreciated, as this unresolved issue is causing considerable inconvenience.
