TheBullMcQ
Hi, Some opinions please on this scenario. 22bet gave me a €100 sportsbook bonus. Terms and conditions said I had to wager it 3 times in 24 hours. (so €300 total) All bets had to be sportsbook accumulator, with 3 selections or more of 2/5 or higher odds in the accca. Placed all bets within 24 hours. Had some good results. Returning €622. Was delighted. Initially expected the €622 back but was suspicious on one of the lines of the terms . Checked with live chat and was told all bets wagered successful and money with me shortly. Checked an hour later and bonus completely removed. Firstly they told me that I would only get the return capped at my initial bonus amount which was €100. That is based on this line in the T&Cs The wagered bonus will be transferred to your Main Account. This bonus will be equal to the remaining bonus funds and will not exceed the bonus amount. I think the above line is deliberately vague but I guess I have to accept that with it just being sneaky. Why doesnt it have the word initial; bonus amount in it!!? However they told me that I did not even qualify for the €100 back as the €300 has to be wagered within 24hours. I argued that wagered means bet and not settled. I asked them to show me where it says settled in their terms an conditions. All bets were wagered in 24 hours. They were settled out side of 24 hours. They just keep ignoring that and giving me a stonewall answer. "All bets werent wagered in 24 hours" Terms and Conditions below https://22bet.com/en/bonus/rules/reload-sport-rules What do people think here. Is it one I should let go or is there anything I can do about this? Eoin
