Hi all.

I’m posting this for advice / help in what I can do regarding 2 winning bets I have for £6,500 placed with GoldenBet.

My bet was an accumulator and all legs won easily except from one leg they have settled as a loser but have not displayed the final market settlement. The match in question was a football match in Bundesliga II between Braunschweig v Pressen Munster (links below), and I had selected over 3.5 cards. As you can see in all the links below have the result as 4 yellow cards - in fact I cannot find any website listing the result as 3 yellow cards. This also includes the OFFICIAL Bundesliga website:

I can provide another 100+ websites all displaying the same result. I have reached out to GoldenBet every day for the past 9 days and not received any responses except 2 - both saying they have verified the results with their ‘independent regulator’. When I have asked them multiple times to confirm who their source is and just to confirm what they think the result was, they have ignored me every time - including repeatedly closing down live chats without ever responding to me. What’s even more odd is all of my winning legs in my accumulator have a result with a settlement for the market to the right of them, except this leg they are saying is a loser and it is just marked as ‘-‘ so I’m unable to even see what they have settled the market as.

They have now repeatedly ignored every email even when I just ask for what evidence they have for the result being wrong.

If anyone can advise best steps that would be amazing as clearly £6,500 is a lot of money!

Hello and welcome to the forum, have you followed their internal complaints procedure yet to try and get a better response?

How is this domain able to get away with their behaviour. They are scamming people in their droves and aren't even licensed.  Worst site I have ever encountered in 20 years online gaming. Everything about it is fraudulent.

Warning to players: Goldbet.io closed my account and confiscated €2,900 after KYC verification, claiming 'duplicate account' but providing zero evidence. I completed full verification, had no other accounts, and used my real identity documents. After confiscation, I contacted:

  • CasinoReviews/ThePogg mediation (operator never replied)

  • Anjouan license regulator (email bounced)

  • Sent detailed evidence to Goldbet support (ignored)

No response in 30+ days despite multiple attempts. Verified Trustpilot review with evidence: https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/68e94e25ff909531d538b9ee

This appears to be their pattern based on similar complaints at CasinoMeister and Casino.Guru. Avoid this casino.
