Here's my situation: I recently had a nice win at Funbet, with a total balance around €1,500 - €2,000. When I tried to withdraw €1,500, I noticed that Funbet has a daily withdrawal limit of €500, which felt pretty restrictive considering the balance I wanted to cash out. I reached out to live chat to request a self-restriction on my account to prevent myself from accessing the funds and help me stick to my withdrawal plan. Unfortunately, the support team didn't seem to be able to fulfill this request or set up the restriction as I asked, i have a screenshot of the chatbox i sent to my friend in frustation to show him how they treat me (i think i went to the livechat twice to ask for self restriction but 100% sure of one request atleast. Since my withdrawal request was still pending, and I wasn't able to restrict my account, I ended up canceling the withdrawals and playing the funds within the next 24-48 hours. In the end, I was only able to withdraw €500, which was disappointing given the initial win. I'm feeling frustrated, as it seems like they didn’t handle my self-restriction request properly, which led to this situation. Has anyone else experienced similar issues especially regarding the daily withdrawal limits or self-restriction requests? Any advice on how to approach this with their support team (or even regulators if needed) would be greatly appreciated.
