Unreasonable documents request from Leo

Hi all so leo was a great site  iv played  on there site for over  3 years with no issue m they never asked for documents but I never thought  anything of it  

In that time  my oringal card expired so added  the new one and carried on playing for over a year 

Then last week they asked for document's I uploaded what they asked that corresponds to the new card they accepted  then day a later restricted the account 

When asked why they want proof of ownership  for the card that expired in July 2023 this seemed so unreasonable  and shock as surely this card is obsolete  but untill I can get detials of that card to them my accounta closed  am I the only one who finds this utter nonsense and crazy theyv asked this when this could of been asked for from day one
