Recommended Posts

Does Anybody know the Current Situation Legally in Curacao do we now have to provide

the same bollicks as Malta SOW/SOF Rubbish ? ran into a rumor or two today but just wanted to confirm it ....

Quite a cheek if they are not only do we get screwed at the slots but we have to explain things on how we make a

crust / knowledge of our personal wealth its just rubbish only tax departments give a toss about ***** like that why

are you casino's doing this now its just going to end up costing you loads of biz .

Update 5.7.24

I've requested an update from the CGA directly well its like this any casino that is asking for the documents will not be

rewarded you will be boycotted until you remove it the action has already started this time around 😕 I wont stand in the

way im sorry .

@cocopop3011 Our @Astaroth is not asking AG to do anything as yet other than to take note that some Curacao licensed casinos have begun introducing the rubbish SoW/SoF documentation requirements into their T&Cs. That would make Curacoa license not much different from Malta and UKGC Licenses.

More pain and more kick in the assss for all players, so to speak.

Be good to know if Curacao Law has changed requiring the Source of Wealth / Source of Funding checks I thought I made that abundantly clear

From what I'm to understand there is some kind of trend towards using the request by many casino's : my problem is if they are not required to do

so by law why do it other than to have more ammunition to shoot down withdrawals its painfully obvious I don't have to spell this out .

Plus I've said this before to request these documents from New Zealand Players is a Breach of Our Privacy Act 2020 plus it is a major security risk

for anyone providing financial data that could be intercepted by third parties you can see the Dilemma yes ?

Haven't been able to find any confirmation regarding these changes... But I haven't had issues withdrawing in any of the casinos where I play, as of July 7th.

Allow me to Illuminate the situation slightly this is but one example see the section to the bottom left .

[roars] Please guys don't ruin the work that has been done to redirect players I went above and beyond to help make curacao a goto place

there is no reason to do anything but sit back and bloody well take the money rrrr.
