BetMGM withholding funds.

Recommended Posts

Hello, so I deposited £50 on BetMGM, I managed to get up to around £600 and made a withdrawal of £50 and my account was instantly locked.

They asked for a bank statement, which I sent, thinking the account would be unlocked.

They then asked for a photo of the bankcard used, yet again which I sent.

After this they have been asking for a stamped bank statement, I bank with lloyds and they stopped doing this service years ago.

I have been on the phone to lloyds only to confirm they don't do stamped bank statements anymore.

I'm at my witts end, really don't know what to do, because they are asking for a document my bank doesn't provide.

Any advice on what next?

Kind regards.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Yeah this is an outdated process to say the least. When you told them the bank does not offer this what have they said?
