888 casino have locked me out of my account wont send me any emails despite claiming to and have my money

So this April I played some games on 888 casino when I went to Withdrawal they said there was an error and to try again later  . After that my account was locked and even though I used my correct password and changed it multiple times neither one worked. So then I went to "safe cashier" , and uploaded my passport and driving license for verification I haven't got a single email or text to confirm anything and I still cant log in ?? What are they playing at I expected them to be wretched but damn.
