Spinsbro is an absolute joke

I have been using ask gamblers for years now but have never posted anything.. usually just look for highly rated places to play and do my thing. I have to say lately the ratings feel inflated with how the casinos are actually ran…

 

I have never experienced anything like I have in the past week with Spinsbros.. for reference I have been playing online for over 20 years.

made quite a few deposits and wasn’t really hitting much.. usually play in the $2-4 spins range and never accept bonuses… was playing donuts by Btg and hit the bonus round… the multiplier kept going up and was up to 23 x when I had a call concerning work and stopped paying attention and put my iPad aside, after the call went back to playing but had to reopen my session (timed out or crashed no idea).. thinking the game would resume as they normally do I was shocked that it was as if didn’t play at all… was kind shocked and sent an email right away and tried to look at the games history but the way you can see your history is terrible on the site showing only 10 games at a time.. I found it strange that I had been playing for a while and was probably well over 1000 games that day but only showed 4xx .. lo and behold there was no history of me even playing donuts whatsoever… there want even any history of a few hundred games I played including a fairly decent win that put my balance higher to where it was…. I kindly asked support to look into and asked for them to send my history in and email. Got a response fairly quickly saying they would look into but didn’t send me the history, I kept pressing for the history because there definitely was some major gaps. I kept asking and they offered $50 as a token., I said no I wanted to know what was going on and that I wanted my history.

couple of days passed and I got another email but I could tell it was from someone different I the way they wrote the email. They started to question my gameplay and said that I was bonus hunting. They said never played the game at their casino. I even purposely played one game later to ensure that I tried to get a Reference in the game play.. was completely in shock since they totally reversed the situation onto me and I don’t even play accept bonuses other than maybe using some shop bucks  you get from game play but it would have been between deposits (I made a few $1000 in deposits overall and didn’t get any withdrawals out of it).  I am in complete shock that that is the way I would be treated and that they provided zero proof to anything.  Being accused of something of a bonus hunter is a very serious accusation that i don’t take lightly and very insulting… the fact that a casino can just shut someone off after their site was faulty in this day and age is crazy.. especially one that supposedly is supposed be come highly rated… I don’t understand how this is possible or how to even go about to complain about them other than to post here..  my faith here has completely wavered based off of this experience.

Hello and welcome  to the forum, I'm so sorry to hear you are going through a difficult time with this casino. 

So, have the now suspended you from your account and removed your balance? Or this is entirely to do with your missed bonus round winnings?

They shut my account and blocked me entirely… they never ended up sending me any history like I asked either… absolutely the worst experience I have had… but I am wondering why askgamblers would have blocked my negative review.. my game play has always been based on looking at a few reviews and only playing high level ones.. people should see all reviews.. unless it got lost in the shuffle and I don’t see it?

When did you write the review? We don’t block negative reviews, I suspect it’s just not been approved yet or have you received an email?

I clearly have an email from yesterday stating that.the email states that The impression is that I have a complaint open with them and that I should try to resolve this before the review can be accepted.  In all honesty this just seems like a circle that prevents integrity.
