Here's a brief summary of my situation: I made a deposit in US dollars (USD) using my Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) bank card on the casino's platform. However, the conversion rate they applied was 1 USD = 1 UAH, while the actual exchange rate at that time was 1 USD = 40 UAH. As a result, my deposit was significantly undervalued. Despite this, I managed to win a substantial amount of $107,500 while playing at the casino. However, when I requested a withdrawal of my winnings, the casino deducted the entire amount, citing the initial currency conversion as the reason. I have tried to resolve this matter by reaching out to the casino's support team and even the licensing authority, Curacao eGaming, but unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory responses or resolutions from either party.
