Electronically verified and then told that I am excluded... High amount of winnings....

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Apologies if anyone is sick of seeing these S/E posts. I cannot see anything exactly the same as my situation.

Last year I self excluded from two UK online casinos, probably the biggest 2 well known ones.  - I did also ring Gamstop at request of one of these casinos and registered with them, I did not know this is a 'apparent' ban, and I understand that was my own fault for rushing into it.

Within the last year, I have managed to create accounts on multiple websites using the same details, and potentially a different email and a phone number.... depending on what one usually comes up first on autofill!  For the last year I have been playing at a casino that is UKGC verified and partakes in any self exclusion scheme, I have deposited and withdrawn lots with this site.

I then saw a advert for a newish casino that I have not heard off - this casino has decent reviews on Trustpilot and is registered and based in the UK (I think this is rare?). I registered my details using exact Date of birth, address, name as on my government ID's.  I will add, there is a potential chance of a different email / number used.  The account came back 'ELECTRONICALLY VERIFIED' you are able to play and deposit.  I deposited over the next few to £400.00 which I've had my best run in my life and got to a balance of £22500!.

I went to sleep after that win and woke up, account still there and balance still there. I contacted live support to ask the best way to withdraw this which they responded to withdraw as usual and then we will ask for documents.

I submitted the documents and my account gets locked ' Self Excluded '.  I was extremely confused at this point and contacted support who said I am not self excluded, its just a due diligence check  as your documents are being verified.  All of the documents was 'accepted' and I received a email saying that they will submit this to the correct team.

I checked in with them this morning and the customer rep said that I am indeed part of Gamstop and my accounts been  closed for that,  at no point has anyone said I wont receive my withdrawals.

What do you think my chances are of receiving the winnings?  And how come I am able to open accounts on different websites / Gamstop is not being checked properly or at initial registration?  please note that my ADDRESS, DATE OF BIRTH, NAME  have NEVER changed and the same as they always have been. The only thing that possibly could of changed is the number or email.

How has this casino allowed me to register and deposit and saying it has ELECTRONICALLY verified me? surely this is where they should of checked gamstop?  The documents submitted had NO discrepancies to the registerd info.

Thanks,
