kcgrannie
Have been trying to get my winnings since Nov. 2011 and still having issues with Rushmore. Now they won't even respond to my emails. Is anyone else PATIENTLY waiting for their winnings? Real shame is they have a great site to play on.
Luciana
Hello kcgrannie! Have you posted a complaint about your issue? If you didn't, feel free to do it by our Complaint Service. Rushmore Casino is good site to play on, but we have many complaints against them here to which they rarely responds to...don't know why. Good luck, maybe other players have some advice for you
Cheryl55
From what I read Rushmore is one of the most complained against casinos BUT they always pay it just takes forever. I have not been online gambling for long and usually prefer non-US casinos because they have not as many issues (I'm in the UK so I have way more choices). 3 months is normal for them now. Go to another RTG like iNetBet or Grande Vegas IMO. xo How much are you waiting on dear??
Greg
I think AskGamblers complaints do a good job with Rushmore you may want to try that out.
kcgrannie
Waiting for $2,000. Actually I was new on the site and won a little under $10,000 that day. Played most out and decided to stop at $2,000! I did put a complaint on this site but was just wondering how many other people were having the same problem. I really thought I might give them an opportunity, but when I see the numerous complaints that are actually showing the same verbage on their emails from Rushmore, it made me think that I have been had:
Black Diamond
I think they've been added to the blacklist on here actually, but after following their history for a while I think it's quite clear that they've just been hit the hardest with the heightened US action against online gambling processors. I get the impression that Rushmore just pushes payments through when they get a window of opportunity. Hope the cash arrives soon though! kcgrannie
kcgrannie
Thanks Black Diamond. I also think that is part of the problem. But I do wish they would at least try to be upfront about these things, although I understand why they wouldn't. I am still holding on to my hopes that they will come through with the money. But I use other sites and have not had this issue. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Luciana
As I can see from the complaints, the payment from the Rushmore Casino is slow, but at the and reachable Hope the time will be the only problem with getting your money! Just be patient! We'll help you as mush as we can through the complaint you posted and through email reminders & notifications! kcgrannie
kcgrannie
Thank you so much for this reponse. I see where someone else who has been waiting much less time than myself HAS been paid and that is very sad to see. But I will try to be patient and trust in the system. kcgrannie
Just wondering being new to this site, I note that I don't have much time left on my complaint. When this timeframe expires, do I resubmit another complaint to start the time again? Just want to make sure that I keep this active but at the same time stay within the rules of the site. Thank you all for your support.
Luciana
Don't worry about time frames kcgrannie, it can be extended and complaints reopened whenever it's needed to be, so there's no need for another separated complaint in the same case You just have to answer in your 4 days time frame.. It would be nice if casino reps would do the same thing, but if they don't, we extend it or reopen kcgrannie
kcgrannie
Just received this email from manager Tara. I have seen this same information on other complaints and when the person contacted their bank, the bank had no record of this tracking number. Assuming this is another stall tactic. Dear Kathleen, Your withdrawal that we sent from November has been frozen by the intermediary bank; we have been working continuously to ensure that it is released to your bank account. This is now out of our hands, and would like you to contact your bank and request the payment using the following tracking number FX453234. The most we can do now, as a show of our sympathy, will be to credit your account with your last deposit amount made at the casino. Please contact online support to have your account credited. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Kind regards, Tara Murdoch Withdrawals Manager UPDATE - Just got off the phone with my bank. If any other players are getting this email from Rushmore, another stall tactic. Bank rep says they have gotten other calls with SAME exact information and request. He claims that they are telling people this email is not accurate and to contact casino with our update. misoo
what.... why would a casino do that?? i did not think Rushmore was that bad with stalling wow. so sorry kc maybe take up the complaint again? i hope this works out kcgrannie
Black Diamond
Really disappointing to hear about that tactic, there was a time when Rushmore was one of the best RTG casinos out there. Crazy how things have changed. kcgrannie
kcgrannie
Yes Black Diamond I totally agree. What really got under my skin was the statement "it is now out of our hands". I had to read that statement twice. So you are telling me that you gave someone $2000 and can't get it back? I find that hard to believe. I have learned SO much about the banking business and if nothing else, this has been QUITE an education. BUT I am still holding on to hope that they will finally step up and send me my winnings. We will see. BUT I am not giving up. I am in this for the long haul and WON'T stop being a pest until I receive my winnings. I am even reluctant to take their offer of giving me back my last deposit. With the luck I have been having they might ban me from playing other casino sites.
Luciana
kcgrannie, don't give up on any fairly deserved winnings and don't accept any less than that! We'll proceed with the complaint, hoping they'll finally realize that they have to satisfy any single honest player, if they care to keep a good reputation..which is becoming more and more unstable, as I can see. kcgrannie
Cheryl55
Being a pest works best!!! Use what they've got here love, I'm rooting for you. The banking nonsense is awful. kcgrannie
Luciana
Hey kcgrannie, I saw you need an explanation of how to make a screenshot! It's very easy and needs a few steps: 1) Push the prt sc button right above on the keybord (some laptops require to hold fn button down left while pushing prt sc) 2) Go to Paint, choose Edit from the manu above and then Paste 3) Save as and that's it That's how I do it...oldschool kcgrannie
kcgrannie
Thank you Luciana, SO appreciate your instructions. I figured that if I showed the actual screen shot that this would be proof that this complaint was legitimate. And I was QUITE surprised to see that Rushmore had responded to my complaint!! I still can't believe all this is happening to me and can't quite be convinced that these responses are the truth. I would love to know who this bank is so that I can get in touch with them to see if this is in fact the truth. As always, I so appreciate your assistance and willingness to help me get this matter resolved. A few people that I have talked to also can't understand how some people who played way after I did have received their winnings?
Cheryl55
It does seem like there's not a lot of logic to it ;( sorry dear xo If they're responding though that is better than nothing, just keep going through with the process. kcgrannie
