Another day, another disappointing start but today @ a recommended by Askgamblers + very good rated casino: PLEDOO Casino

So I made my first deposit on my already verified Pledoo account.

Using Noda being a payment service which allows me to do a direct bank payment and ensures me that the money is received by the merchant instantly.

For a good understanding, this is how Noda advertises it's services and having experience with Noda at other online casino's I can confirm this to be true.

 

But what would you guess, after confirmation I see no money being added to my balance and reach out to live support for a first time explaining my situation and being asked if i can provide a screenshot, which for privacy reasons I never do but tell him I can go to my online bank account and deliver a pdf where all details about this transaction can be verified.

Little part of that conversation from received transcript:

So...I won't dare say they give false information but something doesn't add up...

I continued the conversation, because I had come across 2 subjects: one of them I wanted confirmation about, a second one about a NDB.

These  two are asked after I thoroughly went through every letter of Terms & Conditions and Bonus Terms:

Conclusion 4 me: I cornered that operator nicely and from the end of last transcript you can conclude mentioning Askgamblers does work and even throws them from their script.

These people are players' first go to when having difficulties but clearly this one has no knowledge at all.

EDIT: check out their reviews page and read the reviews one after one, you can't not see what i saw!

I just love the thought I'm gonna be the reason yet another casino adds Amusenet (EGT) Interactive games to prohibited during wagering with a bonus DOH!!:blush:

So after finding my money as balance in my account some time Saturday evening (I couldn't play then) I started Monday evening.

After a couple of hours, FLOOPS, money gone!

I've added the chat transcript.

Although they are "right", I checked up with previous payments done with Noda.

Most were instant, the other one; deposit Thursday - Friday afternoon balanced.

They added between 12-24hrs before money was balanced and this was done in the middle of the night/early morning.

The 3 days, 72hrs counted from that time till they dropped me.

If I had seen my balance Friday night I would've started playing.

There is no precedent that money interactions/transactions are done at such an hour.

This is done deliberately.

From now on I'll call them Play-Doh instead of PLEDOO.

They will be getting an honest review and although theoretically they are in their rights, I'm filling my first complaint.

The same about all previous reviews they received...I'll copy paste my ***** off just to show the world the level of dirty actions these Play-Doh people take.

I've said it again and I will probably say it again in the future...I do not comprehend why this / those casino's are recommended by Askgamblers experts on the landing page.

 

EDIT: btw...I asked for my account to be deleted, they blocked it....this is reason for a complaint?
