Freshbet I can’t take my Withdraw

Hello I have been register last week online casino Freshbet.com I have send all document and my ID and my bank statements which prove adress, and all versification is done I have make in 2 days nearly £1,800 defosit I have play rollulet and now is my balance is £10,073  one week time I have been try to take my win money I have try few time which is payment by SEPA always saying progressing and after one day is been saying reject this haven’t 3 times, I have been 6 time with freshbet coustemr Saying send video with you ID and your face I have send 6 time difrent video is still same I can’t take my withdraw.

is any body help for me or advice about it.

Hi, and welcome to the forum. What is the reason they give you for rejecting your withdrawals each time? Is it verification issues?
