I played at nucleonbet and in the terms and conditions, netherlands is not an excluded country as far as I can read. 

But askgamblers review says it is

Can anybody help me? Becaue right now I am in verification and hope to make a withdrawal

Ahh, there are some legalities that surround the Netherlands on our site which may be the reason it is showing as restricted. 

If the casino is not showing the Netherlands as restricted you should be fine. Keep us posted.

There are a few instances whereby a country may not be listed as a restricted country in their T&C, but the casino system would automatically reject any registration attempt by players from that country. In a few exceptional cases, registration may be allowed, but may finally be rejected at a later stage by the casino.

The best way to know for sure is to write an email to the casino's Support Team and ask them about it,  or ask their Live Chat service for a faster reply.
