Casino’s resetting maxed out deposit limits early

Hey All

Has anyone ever came across having a. Maxed out Deposit limit and the casino then to change to a net deposit loss  limit Limit and reset your limit early without your permission?

Hi, no I haven't, but I have never set a deposit limit. What was the timescale you set and what was it reset to?

It was set at £1500 over 30 days rolling period which is maxed at day 18. They changed it to a Net deposit limit of £1500 which reset it to £0 spent even though I was still £-1500 for the previous 23 days. It still says on their site they use a a deposit limit?

I haven`t also, and didn't even think it can be possible

Same, was really shocked at it. The live chat was really weird too. They never sent it even though I. Requested it. Took screenshots but unsure if I can post them
