What changes would you like to see this year at casinos?

I'm just wondering what you guys are hoping will happen over the course of the year in the industry. As an American I'd really, really hope that some good regulation gets passed that makes playing online a lot easier without taking away the decent returns. I miss just being able to use my credit card, or getting money without having to wait a week. Here's hoping!

well we're lucky... none of that "regulation" rubbish goes on here so i guess i want more games and more bonuses and thats all really! the post on that new scarface game makes me think this year could bring out some really good ones.

Better treatment from support and casinos, we are held to strict T&C and when they do something such as not honor a bonus, or call the customer a lier and when the customer provides documentation sent from said casino 3 weeks prior to prove them wrong the support stops replying, then blacklists me. Im talking about Betonsoft, they had asked for my documentation early January because I deposit and My Father and Brother play for fun, they held up my account, until I sent in the documentation, then I confirmed over the phone, and I was re-opened, (I had previously gotten screwed out of a BDAY bonus I was told there wasnt one, then get an email December 1st 9:00am that on your birthday month you get a 20$ chip, I was pissed, I ended up getting like 10 free spns at 40cents a piece, so I stopped depositing till January, when I talked to them over the phone. I then deposited at Big Dollar and Villa for their Medals Promo. I got a blue medal and it was 5 coins per line on a 40 line game so it was 20$ in spins which was legit, then the next day I get a blue medal on a 50 line game, the support guy says he cant he find it, I looked in my history and gave him the game number. He gives me 10 spins at tomohawk (a 25 line game) and 1 cent a line, I told him the promotion was for the game you got it on which was horns of plenty, then he said fine ill give you 52 spins there as well. So im thinking this is great. I make like 1.80 on the 10 spins on tomohawk, and do 1 spin on horns of plenty and see that it is 1 line 1 cent, I go to support and say, this was not what the promo is, Ill trade the other 51 spins for the 10 I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET at 5 coins 50 lines, he said to late i already started it, I made like .42 cents, then the next day I talk to a support manager and all he gives me is 10 spins at one coin per line horns of plenty to make up for it. So instead of $25 in spins I get $8.02 in spins, and I went on Facebook and was curious at first just asking Simon King to PM, he said he would look into it for me. He said support told him I got what I was supposed to and that I had called them on November 3rd to Verify, a day I was at my grandmothers house watching her because she fell and was in a hospital bed at home, and my grandfather was going to see if a tumor they found was Malignant, so I knew I never called and they called me a lier. I finally got a hold of the guy who I spoke to early in January and he confirmed that was the first time I had phone verification with them. I show this to simon king, and get no apology. Then I proceeded to post what happend on there facebook page and they deleted and blocked me, then I used my friends FB account and they deleted my comments. Then a week later I get an email from them saying my account is blocked because I never sent my docs and they suspect fraud. I go back and forth with the guy saying I had sent it in and he kept denying it. I found the email with the conformation of me sending in my documentation and the support guy Mark Allastier wouldn't respond after that. Then 2 hours later I get an email, I'M Banned from Villa and Big Dollar LOL. I really didn't care at this point I was fed up with this place anyways, but I try logging onto Grand Prive Im blocked, I go to Genesys, they said Im blacklisted, I go to my Atlantis Gold account its blocked, I was even blocked from Lotus Asia casino another Betonsoft company saying im on a blacklist. I am now going to proceed and charge back every dollar I have ever spent on a Betonsoft casino, except the one I am still allowed on which I will not mention. So far Ive gotten all my Big Dollar Money Back and should have the Villa money in the next 48hrs. Im getting all of it back, because little do these places know, if you have even the slightest proof your product or service wasn't as advertised the CC card will be on your side 99% of the time and get you the money back. So that is what I want casinos to do, fix their customer service, take accountability, and reward loyal depositors, casinos seem to reward those who stop depositing more than the players who do deposit. I would also like to see more of variety of games. Like theme games, Im in the US but I see casinos with wheel of fortune, Monopoly, Tomb Raider, ETC themed games like in a real casino. Id like to see these kind of games available to the US. Im very impressed with Slot Madness, they have Nuworks software now, it looks like Buzzluck and Lucky Club, not the Plain old RTG. I would also like to see more tournaments in casinos, some do, some dont, but the ones that do seem to have 2-3 a day only, and they should have Freerolls like Atlantis Gold with 150-400$ freerolls, multiple times a week. Also 45 player sit n go's $100 prize pool but only .11 cents to enter. Its a smart move it attracts people to your casino, Im done with my Rant but that's my suggestions for casinos this year.

Whew ian, that was a mouthful I'm sorry you've been treated so badly in the past!!! I seem to remember talk about the US politicians passing some kind of regulation though soon?? Let me see if i can it...

Never trust the US politicians, they froze full tilt and poker stars US players accounts I had like 25 or some change in pokerstars which was to little 2 get back but had over 500$ in Full Tilt I never received.... I guarantee that within the next 2 years you will see online poker/casino sites from within in the US, the explanation they gave for basically violating our "freedom" was that online casinos/poker sites were being used to launder money, the real reason was that the US couldnt tax that income, and it was decreasing US casino revenue. One of the biggest supporters of this was Harrah's who owns multiple casinos in vegas and atlantic city and have some around the country and I beleive around the world. If you really wanted to watch for money launderers you watch for some one depositing under 10k multiple times, playing a few hands then withdrawing the money, no need to go to that extent. Money is always the reason at the end of the day...
