Evolution provider block a withdraw

a friend of mine, a highroller has won more than 320k at bacarat on evolution, he made a withdrawal request but it has been pending for more than 25 days, the casino indicates that the problem comes from evolution which is carrying out checks . the delays are really very long, I would like to know if you have already encountered this problem, does this delay presage a loss of the balance or a payment?

No way Evolution indicates checks? I mean they are just provider available on that site and many more other sites, I don't think they have anything to do with withdrawal, its casino job to pay your friend out.
