Hello Please help
for few month i upload id and adress documents and was approved.
Yesterday i won 780 Euro.....
I try to withdrawl
But my payment was declined
I try again
and again was declined
i contact support
and she say i must upload again ID and Adress
ok i Upload
and then
i try to withdrawl my 780 Euro and again was declined casino need screenshot with iban, name, transactipn date and time
i upload it but my screenshot was declined

Pleae Help
