Nallelolzi
what do you think, has the operator treated me responsibly? I closed the game account due to a gamling problem in their network and managed to open a new account at the sistersite all the information was the same except for the postal code And second name. the casino where I originally closed myself, the second name is not linked to the registration information, I had then sent them a photo of my passport with my full name including the second name. they didn't add it to my personal information. the casino where I managed to register myself after the lock was linked my second name. all this information was the same on both game accounts. 1. Fist name 2. Last name 3. email 4. date of birth 5. gender 6. city 7. phone number 8. payment/ card information do you think the operator failed to protect the player when the player managed to register and deposit ? Blackjax
The operator is not at fault here. Even if you had given same name it still wouldnt have been their fault. A casino is only accountable for themselves. Sistersite and how they operate is not their responsibility. You might have a case if you were Registered on Gamban/gamstop or other self exclusion sites that is for gambling addiction protection. Did you register on these sites? Btw which casino? But you also said you changed your second name. Casinos automatically will not know you have restricted yourself. They only way is gamban or gamstop. Btw which casino. If you don't want to name casino you can send me private message and tell me name if its ok.

I understand completely and sorry for my bad English, I use google translator to help. the problem is that when I registered at the casino during the registration phase the casino only asked for "first name" after that I completed kyc, and I provided them with a photo of my passport where is second name but they did not add my second name to my information. after some time i closed the game account due to game problem. then I registered on their sister site where my middle name was linked. the personal information would have been the same if kasino1 had initially added my second name to the personal information. I send you message
