MemphisFlash Posted June 24, 2022 Share Posted June 24, 2022 Hi, Hoping for some advice here. Opened an account on ZenCasino, was playing and made a few deposits from my cards. Lost, typical! Close relative was also playing and they deposited via their card into the account too. Got to the end of the night, played again today. Had a bit in the account, went to withdraw, did all the verification. Now they have suspended the account and flagged a 3rd party card had deposited onto it which is a violation of T'S&C's. Their security department are investigating it and they have advised 5-10 days for an update. What are the possible updates here? The first thing that I would do if I'm in your shoes, is to write an email to the casino manager, and to the financial manager as well, explaining why a 3rd party deposit was made into your account. Say that you're very new to online gambling, that you're still quite ignorant of casino's T&Cs, and also that the 3rd party is a very close relative of yours. The casino would then request supporting documents from you and your relative to verify your story, and all these would definitely incur many more days, maybe even weeks, to be settled.
