created casino account with fake info

Hey, so I created account on 888 Poker  like 3 years ago and had no intention at the time to keep playing on it so I didn't even bother use my real info, I started playing last month and made couple deposits I was winning and made some withdrawals, but last time I tried to withdrawal they disabled my account and asked for verifications  I know I'm on  the wrong because I have to give real info, but  I just forgot that didn't use my real info as I said it was few years ago, I'm the account owner and I'm +18 which is what matters, do I have the right to get  my account back or at least my money in it?

Hey Kazanova, welcome to the forum.

You've posted this same message some days ago but I guess you didn't get any replies.

Well, honestly speaking, a falsified account would not get back anything unfortunately, cos every personal detail in your account doesn't match the real you. If you've used initials instead of your full name, for example, but with all other details correct, then you still have a chance to get your money or winnings back.

yes I know it was a mistake but its not like I meant  to do, it as I said it was few years ago I was just checking out the casino hand no intensions to  play and didn't  take advantage of the game in any way possible so why would  they choose to ban my account instead of solving

fake name pretty much a nickname and fake  birthdate

was this the first casino you ever signed up to ? and have you used fake names at any other casinos?

yes I'm pretty sure it was and I don't think I used fake names anywhere else

Are you really interested to go back and play at that casino? If not, why don't you consider playing at another casino instead.

Banning a fake or falsified account is a standard procedure at any casino, but if you still want to play at the casino, then try writing to Casino's Manager a good explanation email as to why you did that years ago, but am interested to play seriously now. Maybe they can close that account and ask you to register a new one. This has happened to me many years ago, due to some mistakes in my profile, so they let me create a new one.

I think you're pretty much screwed then. I can't see you getting this account verified to be honest - two vital pieces of information that are usually not editable and have to be correct. 

What was the withdrawal you had waiting?
