Recently there's a new e-lottery online and i'm wondering what are the odds of winning in the game

So the way it works is you transfer x amount of money to their designated USDT-TRC20 address and then you take a look at your Hash ID in the your transaction receipt.
If the last 2 digits of the Hash ID is a combination of a alphabet and a number, you get back 2x your bet.

Eg: 00000****x9u8a
Since the the last 2 digits of the ID is a combination of a letter and number, hence you win 2x your bet

Now what are the odds of us winning in this game?
