Safer gambling at uk.jackpot.com failures

I have been playing at ukjackpot.com a mainly lotteries based online casino,

since playing slots they regularly restricted UK players gambling at 11 pm Uk time by logging out and blocked until next day 3pm next day. 
recent conversation confirmed that this is their policies and it is automatically protecting Uk players due to gambling commission.

the question is :

1. I was allowed to gambled past this time 

2. Gambling for a period over 23 hours non stop

3 bets at high peak at 20 pounds a spin 

4 after losing 15k

5 2 failed deposits

Do I have a case for failed safer gambling?

I did ring gambling commission and they said  a few red flags there and asked me to contact them 

I written to them requesting my records and also complaint 

but same answer generated automatically

Just to touch on this point as I'm not familiar with this practise - how do they block people? Just don't them into their accounts? 

I've just had a quick nosey on their site and can't see anything about this - is it in their terms and conditions?

I can see some of your bigger deposits - some of them are 7 minutes apart, can I ask have you ever thought about getting some help or using deposit limits?

If you read reviews in trusted pilot it has other people confirmed this 

also they have confirmed that Uk players are blocked from gambling after 11pm
