Pending withdrawl but account suspended?

So ive been a member of winkslots for a few years playing now and then, i set a depsoit limit of £50 a time. Ive managed today to pull in 6.5k in winnings i immediately withdrew 6k and played the other 500....went back on a few hours later to check the status of my withdrawl only to find they have suspended my account and i cant access any of my account info....i emailed multiple times no response..... rang them n i got a woman with very broken english who was useless.... 

My question is can they reject my withdrawl whilst my account is suspended?

The reason she gave was they have decided because i have self excluded from one of their 'sister sites' thats the reason for the suspension....
