CasiNORTH
Hello fellow gamblers. A while ago I had an incident.... or, a series of incidents. Actually 50 or så I am quite sure of, and I have logged a lot of them with photo evidence. Nevertheless; I was playing Golden fish tank on my "regular" casino. I had won quite a bit, around 18.000 €, I was juuuuust about to put the icing on top of the cake with another bonus round before moving on, or giving it a call for the evening. In chase of the next free spins round the slot starts to malfunction, and gives me error messages constantly after a random number of spin. During these malfunctions I for some reason got quite shocked about the behavior of the slot it self, and after a while it just seemed ridiculously that it would not spit out ONE free spins round for almost 3 hours. Even after putting another 100 k in total up at stake, the slot would not give any free spin round until one round when I thought It all was over. After this round the wins were even deleted at first (because, yes, it malfunctioned, of course). They were later on added to my account, kindly enough by the slot. Strange thing was the error message in this case was slightly different than all the other ones, a mix between Norwegian and English all of a sudden. After this incident I contacted the operator which is.... well to put it straight; totally unwilling to look at most aspects of what happened during these hours, and even more unwilling to discuss if this is a matter of returning some of the stakes during the time the slot malfunctioned. They say, after two investigations (which I have seen no written copy of or of what has been physically done. And Yggdrasil refuses to address or reply to me even if I wrote to them two times); "Yes, Yggdrasil confirmed there were "some connection problems a few times. But you have not been charged for the malfunctioned rounds, nor are you missing any wins. I don't want to be the guy who is trying to stir things up for no reason, and I am a bit new to the gambling scene, so I am reaching out to you fellow gamblers for your immediate reaction and your thought and reactions if something like this would happen to you? (except for laying a long way after that first malfunction). All in all it is around 30.000 € in bets. It might be so that this is typical slot behavior for Golden fish tank - and I know Yggdrasil slots are hard nuts to crack - but I just don't feel that this is totally fair in the long run and leaves me with kind of a mindset "can I trust this operator?" Your thoughts and feedback is highly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
