W00BY
Hi, First of all I am newbie and please be nice... I ran a forum years ago and regular users can be big meanies lol... Anyway the issue I have has been going on for weeks with a casino over a change of bank card and withdrawal...so it is straddling verification and payment as a complaint...my first complaint here was rejected and I understand why... Since then I have provided the evidence requested by the casino and they are refusing to still verify the account saying that the card is damaged and they require proof from my bank they do not provide, yet the casino say they do... I have just been to my bank and they have categorically said they do not give out further proof of ownership of defunct cards in anyway shape or form and have offered a possible solution to at least get myoney back. The point is I use several different casinos and have never had any bother as I usually lose... But the money involved is not even that large an amount... The question basically is can a casino put you in a loop like this and keep your money without anyway of resolving the situation...is this a common thing...and is there va way to minimise such behaviour from a casino in future? Kind thanks in advance for your replies
cocopop3011
Hi and welcome to the forum! Ahh, don't worry we're a friendly bunch here Aha, well in answer to your last question, it depends entirely on what casino it is. A not so reputable casino will most certainly use this tactic to stall your withdrawal. In what way is your card damaged? Can you still see the infomation that they require? They want proof from your bank that the card belongs to you? Can't they see the name on the card?
