Suggestions on pending withdrawals

Hey there, new to this forum and seeking someone's or all advice. I won't mention the casino yet.

I have been using this 1 particular site for almost a year, maybe a little over a year. With nothing but great things to say.  I have made many deposits and withdrawals ( some withdrawals between $3000-$6000) all withdrawals went from pending, to approved and then into my bank account within 72-96 hours. I have recently won a larger amount and my withdrawal request is still sitting a pending. At what point after limited replies to me via chat/email letting me know the status, except they are extremely busy and to patiently wait, should I seek another way, such as filing a complaint to get the money approved/processed and sent to my bank account?
