Concern Interac Deposit allowed but Withdrawal does not.

Hello people, i ´ve been having some issues with some casinos that process Interac E-Transcer one way only. They Have multiple ways to receive deposit that get instantly available at the casino user. 

I found disturbing how some casinos process so quickly your deposit and take ages to process withdrawals, plus they process bank wire transfer only. Don´t you think this is strange?

I did a little bit research with Interac and they informed me that every merchant who have interact handshake with them should be able to receive and send funds.
