Can you withdraw to Metro Bank?

Hi I have recently made two withdrawals from Ladbrokes and sky casino . 
 

Both casinos I used my Metro Bank MasterCard debit card to deposits was no problems , both casinos have now PROCESSED the withdrawals which was on Thursday gone (01/10/2020) we are not on (05/10/2020) and normally when casino shows processed when using my Visa card from Barclays it is in my bank . 
 

either of the withdrawals are not in my bank account yet , I can’t seem to find any information about casinos and metro bank online but Breifly read sky casino sometimes are unable to withdraw to metro bank but this was back in 2018 and I think referring to a credit card . I used a debit card . 
 

so anyway , my question is do casinos withdraw to Metrobank ? Has anyone else used this bank to deposit and withdraw
