Lucky13
We received recently a few complaints by some of our members that they cannot login onto Class 1 Casino software, and today we got the official statement by the casino representative: "We regret to inform you that Class 1 Casino has temporarily stopped accepting deposits and bets from all players, coming into action on October 11th, 2011. This is a result of unilateral action of Playtech without any prior notice and at the same time grave breach of the contract from the side of Playtech. Throughout this action, Playtech has decided to shut down gaming servers and prevent all gaming activities in Class 1 Casino. Class 1 Casino management has put a great amount of effort in resolving the matter by agreeing, but unfortunately with no success. This has taken longer than primarily expected, therefore we are informing you about this unenviable situation only now. We are still taking legal actions in order to restore the gaming activities back to normal. We understand your frustration on limited amount of information given throughout the past week from our side, but we wanted to make 100% sure that we have tried everything before alarming players and affiliates. Further to the closure, we have already settled all obligations towards our affiliates for the past month and we guarantee you that all obligations for the current month will be fulfilled completely. We are also in the process of handling players who, by the time of the closure, had positive balance on their casino account. We would like to apologize for any inconveniences and we are kindly asking you for your understanding. We sincerely hope that we will be able to cooperate again in the future and thank you for all your support in the past years. With regards, Class 1 Casino" We hope it's just temporarily and that casino will find a solution or switch to another software vendor asap. Good news are that players got paid without problems! Black Diamond
Wow talk about a messy situation. What on earth is Playtech thinking? Thank god people got their money but seriously, this isn't good for either Class 1 or Playtech. I agree; it sounds like Class 1 needs to get out of the Playtech deal fast. At least Class 1 Casino is being open about what's going on, that shows a lot of integrity. I'm from the US so these kinds of shenanigans happen, but it's weird to see it happening elsewhere. Was anyone here affected by this?

Lucky13
Guys, let's make things clear here. Class 1 Casino was reputable casino. This does not anything with Playtech. They were doing good, without players complaints. If someone have different experience, feel free to share it. I hope that C1C will recover fast. Cheryl55
Has Playtech ever cut ties with a casino befoer? I see them joining forces with a bunch of people so it's weird to see them do this. I've played at Class 1 Casino before and don't recall having any issues, so I don't think this has much to do with any fraud behaviour on anyone's part. I mean they returned everyone's money so that's a very good thing. Some people have mentioned that they might change names? Not sure how long that will take though.
