Self exclusion

Dear sir/madam I have a query in relation to self exclusion and reviewing this request I’m I due a refund to first deposits due to sister company allowing me to use there site . Firstly only at the latter stage did I know that William hill was indeed the owner of Mr green . I have tried to find answer from both company and to this time 6 days I have not received any correspondence back from both companies . I have contacted through live chat and William hill are and have prove through pictures that I indeed should not have been able to open account as there systems are linked and this would highlight on registration with Mr green. Please and I do ask that my dispute here is not about terms and conditions as the prove I have from William hill and mr green prove this claim. I look forward as to the procedure as I for one will go the whole route as even if I don’t receive what I’m due, I will make sure this does not happen to anyone else
