Withdrawal time frame

Hi, how long normally takes for the withdrawals to be processed. In the terms & conditions says 1-3 days, but after everyday talking with customer service they told every time that they are waiting for provider to check the winnings and every time they said should be today or tomorrow but it passed a week and my withdrawals are still pending. Anyone know how long normally takes this provider check?
