KYC lost debit card

So i had a little bit of a win and summoned up enough strength to hit the withdraw button. Naturally it tells me to upload documents before it will be processed. The I.D and utility bill is not a problem but the debit card I use to deposit had been lost since the day after I got it all those years ago. Has anyone had any experience with trying to withdraw without the card to show them? Any advice would be a great help. Thanks.

Hi! Yes I have had a similar issues a few years back and I had to get a letter from the bank stating the card had been lost. Given the current circumstances I would recommend you talking this out with the casino first. Which casino is it?
