  1. I am really pissed of the way this Stakes casino has treated me. I am not a regular depositor but deposits every now and then. I have been trying to verify my account since last year September, sent numerous emails and talked with different agents, now another agent is telling me I cannot verify until I request a withdrawal? What BS is that? Even on my review on them, the rep assured me they will get in touch and still they have not. Here is the chat, although other agents assured me they busy with the verification : Me: Email: ********** Alvis: Hello, I am Alvis. I will be helping you today 15:07 Me: So how long still for verification? Its been over a week now, 2 escalations from live chat and still nothing? 15:07 Me: Very bad for such a highly rated casino on askgambelrs 15:07 Me: anyone there? 15:09 Me: Hello? 15:11 Alvis: Hello 15:12 Me: Did you see my messages? 15:12 Me: So how long still for verification? Its been over a week now, 2 esclaations from live chat and still nothing? 15:07 Me: Very bad for such a highly rated casino on askgambelrs 15:12 Me: What is the delay with my verification? 15:13 Alvis: Could you tell me your username please? 15:13 Me: Fiekie247 15:14 Alvis: As far as I see you don't have pending withdrawal request 15:15 Alvis: Verification are being done once you are in the process of withdrawing first time 15:16 Me: I dont care about pending withdrawals 15:16 Me: So why the ***** doesnt everyone tell me that? 15:16 Me: Why are they asking me to send documents to verify my account? 15:16 Me: I had pending withdrawal and reversed it 15:16 Me: Why cant you verify my account before withdrawal? Because I feel I am running into issues here, if I do make a withdrawal 15:17 Alvis: there will be absolutely no issues, your account will be verified as soon as you go through the whole withdrawal process first time 15:19 Alvis: Finance Department just didnt have enough time to verify your account before you reverse it 15:19 Me: Well they assured me on askgamblers it can be verified without withdrawal 15:20 Alvis: Wo did assure you please? I really like the casino and games, but this is really now becoming a nuisance. Anyone having issues with stakes? They were first [email protected], then they gave me [email protected] and again [email protected] and always CC support@stakes and [email protected] but not even an ackowlegement, however 3 days after the email to finance, support that they will forward and escalate and nothing. AARRRRRGGGGG
