Hey folks As promised, tonight I'll try to make an analysis of the General bonus and casino terms and conditions for Parklane - a newly added casino to AskGamblers database. Hope it's gonna be useful for all those who intend to join Parklane casino or have already done it. Please, keep in mind that the goal of making such analyses is to outline those rules which needs your attention and could have a serious impact over your future stay at the casino if you are not totally in aware with their meaning. I. General Casino Terms&Conditions Thumbs Down - Accepting casino terms and conditions means to sign a contract with that casino. If you signed a contract with the casino for let’s say a bonus with 10x WR and then casino change that WR to 100x afterwards, then it means that the change will affect you directly and significantly reduce your chances for a successful playthrough and that’s not fair at all. Players are bound to the rules which they accepted upon registering at the casino and casino is obliged to inform them in case of a change that could influence them in any way and/or affect their payments, bonus requirements, etc. Thumbs Up - Asking players for confirmation of their age before allowing them to deposit is in fact highly effective and quite simple measure at the same time against underage gambling. Thumbs Down - Having such rule is simply hilarious. Especially when it comes to proving the methodology in which a player is being considered as “recreational” or not. Thumbs Up - This is the way it should always be. Online casino industry should never be used as a mean of money laundering, not to mention terrorism funding. Thumbs Up - I really love to see when casino explains such an important detail in such a simple and clear way. Thumbs Down - It is not clear what exactly this exchange rate will be, neither the conversion fee. Such important details should be written in way more transparent way to avoid further confusion and financial losses. Thumbs Up - Great! Now make a single step further as request that proof before the first deposit. Thumbs Down - Hmm, could someone explain to me why it should be the player to pay for a cashout? Definitely thumbs down! Thumbs Down - Very high minimum amount allowed for a withdrawal. Majority of online players are in fact choosing to cashout amounts under 100 EUR/GBP/USD. Thumbs Down - Very low maximum amount for a monthly withdrawal limit. I could understand such limit for 24 hours, or even for a week, but for a whole month?... On top of all, the remaining money will be returned to player’s balance which is of course totally unfair and even considered as an attempt to urge player to gamble and to lose eventually. Thumbs Down - So, it appears that those who placed deposit limits will be punished with even lower withdrawal limits? That’s unfair and unjustified. Thumbs Down - Tricky and unfair rule which caused so many players lose their withdrawals on a later stage. When I asked couple of years ago another casino using the same term why they didn’t change that rule and simply put a max allowed bet as an absolute value, they never replied back. Obviously, some casinos prefer using such kind of terms referring to max bet allowed while playing with your own money and no bonus is attached, simply because that would help them find a way to void players winnings on a later stage. Thumbs Up - It is essential for any player to understand that Responsible Gaming means not only rights, but some obligations as well. Thumbs Down - This is not considered as a good practice when it comes to applying Responsible Gaming policy. A serious company should be responsible and to take all the necessary measures to prevent problem gamblers from opening/using other accounts across their network. It’s not a rocket science after all. Thumbs Up - Seems as the only possible fair resolution in case a software glitch caused some game crash. Thumbs Down - Hmm, I believe this is not quite true as there is another place where all players game transactions should be kept and that is the server/s of the gaming provider. In case of a dispute, it is the gaming provider’s records which are being put into an investigation by the relevant licensing authority, simply because these records are considered as the most reliable source de facto. II. General Bonus Terms and Conditions Thumbs Up - Simple and clear instructions what you are supposed to do if you want your bonus removed. I like it when casinos do it this way and avoid using lengthy and confusing procedures for such a simple thing as a bonus removal Thumbs Down - Why? Once a withdrawal has been requested it goes into casino’s hands and player has nothing to do about it. Then why being punished with receiving no bonuses only because casino is slow on withdrawals?
