So I claimed bonus and completed wagering. I verified my account in less than 24 hours. Its been since the 31st that my withdrawal is pending. Account has been verified on the 1st of Feb, but there withdrawal policy says e-wallets up to 48 hours. Its been 5 days and my withdrawal is still pending. I eventually cancelled my withdrawal now and continued playing. Shocking to think the rep still left me message saying my withdrawal will be processed. Has anyone had problems withdrawing from casinocruise this week? I made a withdrawal via Skrill on Tuesday and just been told that no withdrawals have been processed in the last 48 hours.
