I would like to ask for your opinion on whether I should receive all the money I won.The casino in question is: Justpin I deposited €50 and got €50 in bonus money. The bonus money has a€4000 winning cap. While playing and wagering the money, my balance reached a maximum of around €1220. I finally completed the wagering and my balance was around €932, which turned into real money and would have been available for withdrawal. So no bonus terms were broken during the wagering and the winning limit was not exceeded. I then continued playing with real money and won €9025 on the game Tropicool 4. The casino now claims that the money was part of the winnings made with bonus money and confiscated a total of €5880, even though the bonus money rules should no longer have applied to my winnings. What do you think about this? According to the bonus terms: "All winnings from bets placed while having an active bonus are considered to be bonus money and will be converted to real money only after bonus wagering requirements are met." I fully met these wagering requirements. The funds remaining in my balance at that point had become real money, not bonus money. The maximum win limit stated in the bonus terms only applies to winnings from bonus funds. The bonus terms state: "The maximum winnings with a deposit bonus are EUR 4,000… upon completing the wagering requirements or upon withdrawal." At no point during the wagering process did my winnings exceed this limit. The larger winnings occurred after the bonus was cleared. Therefore, the winnings were no longer subject to the bonus cap. Sticky bonus structure means I never received the bonus amount as withdrawable cash, only the winnings. Once the wagering was completed, I had a real money balance that I could have chosen to withdraw. Instead, I decided to continue playing, fully aware that I was now using real money — not bonus funds. The additional winnings I earned came entirely after the bonus had expired, meaning they should not be retroactively tied to bonus terms. ________________________________ Why the Casino’s Reasoning Is Problematic The casino appears to retroactively apply the bonus maximum win limit to funds that were already converted into real money. This is inconsistent with the wording of the bonus terms and standard industry practices. If the wagering was completed and the funds had turned into real money (as per the bonus terms), then further gameplay should no longer be governed by bonus restrictions. Applying a bonus-related win limit to real money gameplay after the bonus is no longer active is misleading, unfair, and potentially non-compliant with MGA regulations. ________________________________ Conclusion Based on the facts and the terms provided by the casino: I did not exceed the maximum win limit while the bonus was active. All large winnings were generated after the wagering was completed and my balance had become real money. I could have withdrawn that money at that point, which proves the bonus had been cleared. Therefore, those winnings should not have been restricted or confiscated.
