I’ve completed verification and a withdrawal was approved. Upon checking my bank it hasn’t arrived yet. When I queried this with the casino they asked for a bank statement from 27th until today. I asked if I was able to provide screenshots from my banking app, she said yes. So before I sent I edited (blacked out only the dollar amounts). After viewing she then requested a pdf copy of my latest bank statement. I’m uncomfortable doing this because I’ve not been required to do this before. Is it a usual practice when making an inquiry. I have no issue with them checking to make sure I’m not scamming a double payment. But surely they don’t need this to be able to tell me what date they sent funds. Sorry if I’m wrong topic.

You see, It really is a big deal for me when a casino does this, not just because they are paying out the money but this just means they value their reputation and customers which is really not present to all of the casinos that I've played in the past. Kudos! Who else got the same experience where you got a bonus because of a system bug? what was your experience? did they approve your withdrawal?
