Hello, I have played big stake Live Roulette for a year and I`m so sure it is rigged. I have seen the ball take the most amazing spins possible. I know its kinetic energy and the ball will spin and change direction, but some of the jumps are not possible in my opinion. For instance I have played my three numbers for one hour, bust and then without exagerating my 3 numbers come the following three spins in a row. What are the odds?But I might just be unlucky.. I accuse the casino of manipulating results by magnets or whatever to make the ball hit the number with least payout. How? very easy, there are plenty of pattents available. 5. Evolution Gaming/ the video studio always knows bets before ball lands, so easy math will show what numbers to not hit. 6. Evoultion Gaming makes more money the more people loose. Is that right if they are not a Casino? Should they at all be allowed a percentege not just a set amount every month? 7. After chasing an answer here my acount was blocked and from VIP(being invited to trips to Malta, France, Dublin etc) I`?m suddenly blocked out from all. 8. I have chased answers here diretly with CEO etc, and never an answer. 9. How is it possible that not one local authority in Riga performs any control of this casino. 10. I now play for a different company, and have chased the same answer there. They hide behind ECOGRA sela of approval? Well this Live casino stream does not come up on teh selal of approval list, so how can a company offering this game say they have the Seal of approval? I would like the forums opinion on whether I should have won the progresive jackpot for the slot "The Glam Life". Here's the background: I placed a max bet on the slot "The Glam Life" at the .50 mBTC denomination playing at Betcoin.ag. On the original bet I got 3 airplanes on 2 paylines granting me 4 free spins. On the final spin I get five Yachts on the payline which in my opinion should have triggered the jackpot. Instead I was paid 1000 credits. This I believe this is evidence to the fact that it was a max bet according to the pay table. 5 yachts = 200 credits x Number of bets per line. Five bets per line is the maximum. Based on them paying me 1000 credits they're essentially stating that I bet the max amount. So why would this not qualify for a jackpot? Betsoft is stating that it does not qualify because it was a free spin. I can find nowhere in the terms and conditions, rules of the game, or payouts description stating that a bonus spin is not eligible for the jackpot. Please take a look at the photos of my win, and of the pays, and let me know what you think. Should I have won the jackpot? BetSoft via Betcoin.ag's customer support says No because it was a free spin. Take a look at the screenshots I took that include the winning spin, the pay table at the time of the spin, other BetSoft games pay tables which clearly limit or exempt the jackpot, and a revised pay table that BetSoft has quietly changed since my spin. So I submitted a complaint last night after Casino Extreme took 1000$ out of my account for "breaking the rule" of which games I was allowed to play under the bonus. I met the playthrough requirements, which if any of you play there, the games that are locked, become unlocked. Now what on earth would be the purpose of these games unlocking if you are still not meant to play them, which is what they are claiming. I have done this at numerous RTG casinos and have never once been told this. But I also didn't promptly go and win 1000$ after my playthrough was met. But this was even on a deposit bonus! It's not like I was Freechip hunting. I even go on to quote on of their bonuses as stating "these games are not allowed to be played during wagering requirements" which would tell you what.. After the requirements are met, you're free to play whatever you want. And why would you not be? The money is withdrawable, I could literally withdraw and redeposit the same cash and play whatever I want. So tell me this does not sound like Casino Extreme is just being shady and not wanting to pay out the 1000$ they owe me. They left me the 280$ that I won on slots, and then proceeded to tell me, "we could rightfully take that too, but we're being nice and letting you keep it". That is complete and utter BS. If they were allowed to take it, guess what, they would have GLADLY taken it too. But they are wrong, and they know they are. I'm just looking for opinions here. Cause I'm befuddled by how they can claim what they did is ok. Their responses never make sense, they aren't making a valid argument, they just keep restating the same thing, "the coupon says that you are not allowed to play blackjack". Well yeah, during the wagering requirements when the games are locked of course! But when they UNLOCK. That tends to say something else. Am I completely insane here for assuming that? And why have I never heard this from another casino. Please someone help me before I go insane, cause I feel like I have been straight up cheated and stolen from.. And 1000$ is A LOT of money to me.
