  1. Hi can anyone help me? I started a 7spins online casino account after I deposited a few times I got a good win so I increased my bet and eventually won a very large amount of money. I than start the process of providing all my details and documents to verify my account so I can withdraw my money I have won. Than I try login and my account has been disabled. I try make contact with them and I receive an email that states: Hello Scott, We hereby inform you you that our system has detected inconsistencies in your account 's********' and we have discovered behavior that violates our house rules stated in the Terms & Conditions of our site. Your account has been suspended and your deposit has been returned to your Credit Card, please keep in mind that this process may take up to 7 business days to be completed. This is a ploy by the casino to avoid paying me. I have read a few things online to try about getting my money but very happy to listen to any one if they can help.
  2. Is it just me or what it a bit irritating to get a lot of emails from Askgamblers just for reviews by one casino. 15 reviews in 48 hours period. Not that its that irritating, but when I look at my email, I though maybe that was Neteller or Skrill for my paid contest payment, then just back to disappointment lol. Anyways I have never seen a casino get that many reviews within a 48 hours period.

Hi there all , i just want to share the nightmare with 7spins casino and 2 others, which i later found out are owned by the same company, but don't have same client database in fact you can join in with same username, password and user details. I recently deposit 100 in the casino and got the bonus, played a little lost all of it and got cashback of 100% as they promotion. I then played for a while and decided to withdraw, without any winnining coming from my wager. I sent the documentation and got confirmation from the securety department everything was in order and could withdraw, as i did. That happened a couple of days ago. Today with my huge surprise i tried to login in all the casinos and my accounts were closed, I tried to get in contact with them (are holding my own money) but so far no one has replied to my emails. In total they are holding 300 euro of my own money plus some minor winnings.
