  1. Soooo......why is it that when I'm in practice play at a casino that has free play I win, usually pretty big. And then when I deposit money and play for real, I don't win ***** and my balance just keeps going down and down and very seldom up? Is this just a way to draw people in to deposit? Like for instance....this past week I have been playing free games at a certain well respected casino to see which ones I like. Made my decisions and made a deposit. Let the money sit for a couple days while I played some free games. Logged in to play for real and BOOM!!! Money was gone in about 10 minutes. Then I logged out and started the free games again and BOOM!!! was winning left and right! It also seemed like the free games versus the real ones were different speeds. The only casinos that I win at are the ones that I have to beg or file a complaint with to get what's coming to me. I am getting quite disappointed with this online gambling scene.
  2. I was watching the annoying advertisement on TV about their fantastic "ZERO wagering requirements on your winnings" (in Norwegian). But in the Bonus Terms and Conditions i find this: "All casino bonuses need to be wagered a minimum of 35 (thirty five) times before the funds can be withdrawn. For 150% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 40 (forty) times, 200% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 45 (Forty Five) times." Rizk casino = JUST BULLSHIT!?!?
  3. Hi, i have posted a complaint regarding Gorilla Casino which has now entered the state of "unresolved" - i was wondering if that's it? Or is there anything else that can be done on Askgamblers to follow this issue up? For some reason, i was able to contact the live support of Gorilla Casino today after it was offline for a while. I took a screen shot so you can see what happened there. At this point i can only advise not to deposit any money there. I am also wondering, if Askgamblers actually considers to stop promoting a casino which seems to have quite a number of unresolved issues. Especially if those issues mean that customers don't get paid and actually are being cheated out of their money.
  4. Anyone play the Bovada table games? I was up on them and requested a withdrawal. I normally do not play again after requesting a withdrawal because I noticed you absolutely do not hit anything after a withdraw has been requested. Played Good Girl Bad Girl - $1800 16 free spins - 150 credits, 10 free spins, 350 credits, no other feature. So I though well maybe go to the table games. They might let me play a bit there. I go to Carribean Stud. For about ten minutes it was back and forth...not winning not losing too much. Then I start to get good hands. A straight, dealer rivers a higher straight, two pair, dealer has a full house. Get the picture? So here is eight consecutive hands: Dealer: Higher straight Full House Four of a Kind Full House Full House Two Pair Flush Higher Flush How is that statistically possible? Has anyone in the history of poker every had 8 straight hands like that in Hold 'Em? Can you imagine? You would be lucky to get to your car. The casino would probably ban you just because it was too fishy. Yet it just happened on Bovada. Players beware...those tables games are beyond rigged. Stick to the slots, cash out, don't go back for a week.

  6. You all know my style. I play heavy and I am respected by many online casinos. I barely have any problems. Jackpot city is not only manipulating the payout when or when not a bonus is attached but they are uneducated in humanity. Do not play there, you do not stand a chance. Actually, if you have an account, close it out of respect to me and if I ever hit the 4 million on moolah, u will be rewarded.
  7. Ladbrokes Financial Betting -"If I am wrong why did you remove the service?" Dear Members, Merry Christmas to all and Happy New Year. I am here to report what I believe is a very unfair action taken against me. I placed few accumulating financial bets on Ladbrokes which five were winning bets. The amount is won is 1080+initial bet = 1134$. As soon the bet was won, it remained in stall as shown in the picture and the winning weren’t paid. So I gave a call to customer service and they said that the winning will be paid in the night (29/11/2012) The next day I received 210 $ out of the 1134 remaining 924$ to be paid (PICTURE 1), so I waited over the weekend for the rest. Oh and you know what is funny? While keeping in stall my winnings they took good care of removing the multi bet on the financial market, why? On Monday I did not receive the winnings so I decided to give them a call again. The customer representative contacted the financial department and confirmed me that one of the 15$ was wrong which was the lost one as in the picture and upon asking about the other one, she confirmed that is a winning bet and she will call back in two hours. They never called back. After few hours I decided to contact them for a second time, and they said that the bets were loosing bets and that I have lost on the Gold stock in all of them (the fifth positive symbol (PICTURE 1). Now I would have accepted that as a computer error. However unfortunately for them I have placed a bet of the same stock 10 second apart moving in the opposite direction, the outcome would result positive and not negative if it was loosing, additionally having lost the first 15$ bet does not mean I lost the first bet placed at the opening of the market. So I have told them that I have a print screen with the bets and it was impossible that I have lost and that a computer could not make this error over four different bets at different times. The customer representative asked me to send the pictures of the print screen in order to prove my statement. Never got a reply or a feedback on the 9/12/2012, with the patience of a turtle, I phoned them back asking for the feedback of the email. The representative on the phone said that he had no email from me, which was weird because I used CC (next post) to confirm they did receive and read the same email I wrote. The representative gave a look at the bets and re-contacted the other department leaving me on hold. After 5 minutes he comes back in the line and said that they were loosing bets on Gold. The fishy/scam/lie they used on their defence was that Gold lost, however this cannot be proved as in the account statement and summary the Gold bet does not appear (PICTURE 1) so this clearly has been used as a way to excuse them and not pay. I questioned the reliability of the software in use as the day earlier I have lost few bets by only 000.01 AND 0.00006(PICTURE 2)! So the system could give me a negative symbol on it or a DRAW (symbol)=. So how can it be possible that the system does 4 different errors while being so reliable? Computer do not fail, is the person who operates it that makes it fail. Therefore the customer representative asked me to resend the email and that it would pass to investigation and I will be contacted within 48 hours. You think they called me back? Not!!! On the 19/12/2012 I have called for the result of the investigation, which was, suppose to be emailed to me. The representative checked and read the report and said: " I have looked at the 4 bets in question. For all 4, at least one of the customer’s selections lost; therefore they have been correctly settled as a loser. I have attached details of the bets". Although I did not receive these details, guess which one will turn out to be losing? OFCOURSE the Gold because I had no prove in my account summary of the numbers (PICTURE 3). This is the untrue and ridiculous because if one of the selection were lost then the others would be positive when moving in the opposite direction few seconds apart. Therefore I gently asked to email me the investigation email. After reviewing it, I read that they added " have reviewed the settlement prices used for all markets within the 4 bets and I can confirm that the prices used are correct as supplied by Reuters (non-FX) and CFE (FX). The settle prices can all be confirmed within the “History” section of the betting client" The price in the History section in my account is all winning except the GOLD that is missing for some reason. On the same day I sent a complain letter stating all the dates and times I have called, how much precious time and money was lost and demanded an appeal for a new betting investigation with the intention of contacting the Gambling Commission if not proving as I provided more details of loosing. They never wrote or called me back or showed me a proof I have lost. 21/12/2012 my last email of delusion and disappointment with the company for unfairly treating me. I wouldn't fight for something I do not deserve. But in this case, my life was ruined because of Gambling. Lost television, tablet and camera to pay debts with the intention of always trying to win back what was lost. Even if stopped playing, today on Christmas and few days from my birthday I find myself with an overdraft, which leaves me with no choice but to be alone and survive through kindness of friends. This was a chance to put me back on track and I really deserve it!! Not only because I won and they should pay but also for all the effort I did put, the time lost, what I have been through. I do blame myself for throwing that money but I BLAME THEM for humiliation, loneliness, and procrastination and for instigating me with suicidal thoughts that I should not have, by being left with nothing.
